Keep it going.

Last two training: total of 9 miles
Year Total: 674 miles

I've been slacking on this. Sorry! Life has been a little crazy. 

Sunday I planned on running at least 10 miles. I made the first loop around the park and when I finished I decided to stretch. I wasn't feeling too great. 

I started back out and couldn't do it. I limped my way back to my car. Ugh. At least I knew my limit. 

When I got home I put my compression pants on and grabbed the ice and stayed on the couch for the rest of the day. 

This morning before work I decided to do a treadmill workout. An easy 5K. That is exactly what I did. I was sweating the entire way through and felt gross. Then had to go to work. Pretty awful. 

We are heading out of town this weekend so I'm hoping for a few miles in the hotel gym to keep on track. I want those 100 miles this month for sure!
