Yoga + Creativity Review and Giveaway!!!

I've been saying it for weeks, I'm trying to work on my yoga skills. Through my ambassador program with I'm Fit Possible I was given the opportunity to review the Ebook Yoga + Creativity.

Yoga + Creativity was written by Lacey who is just such a beautiful spirit! She takes you through three ways of exploring your creative side. This was an extra incentive for me since one of my goals for the summer is to get more original posts on my blog!

I took a few weeks to go through the Ebook, which is completely allowed!! I loved the inspirational messages and the step by step pictures along the way!

I also really enjoy having this as an Ebook so I can go back to different poses I liked and continue to grow in my pursuit of yoga. I also really like that we had some journal activities, which have helped lead me towards some new blog posts!

I'm so thrilled to have been able to take advantage of this! I'm even more excited to be able to giveaway a copy of the Ebook to one of my readers!! Just enter the rafflecopter giveaway below!

Trust me, you do not have to be a yoga master to enjoy this Ebook. It is so easy to follow and you will see improvements!

Disclaimer: I was provided with a free copy of Yoga + Creativity as a part of my ambassador program with I'm Fit Possible. All opinions are my own.

  1. Yoga is one of thise things I want to pick up to help myself. I like the coupling of it with creativity. Seems very interesting

  2. I used to take yoga classes regularly but as my work schedule changed, I am unable to get to the gym for the classes. I miss it and I would love to be able to start up again.

  3. I would love to connect with myself creatively. I think it would make me a better blogger.

  4. Love this! I practice hot yoga at least weekly, but sometimes there are poses where I can't quite remember how to extend them into final posture without hurting myself. It looks like this book would help!

  5. Love Love Love! Yoga and creativity are my two favourite things in the whole world! X
