The Week That Was: June 16 - June 22

Happy first day of Summer everyone!! I have a 5k tomorrow so I decided to give you my weekly update a day early! 

It has been quite warm here and it is very hard to stay focused on a fall marathon. I needed to get focused this week. Training kicks in July 1!!

So I had four workouts this week, not including my 5k. I did a light track (farklet), a treadmill and two easy outdoor runs. Including the 5k, I did 22 miles and 70 miles for June. This means I will have to have a 30 mile final week of the month to get to 100. I'm on vacation next week so I should be able to do it!
