Columbus Marathon Training: Week Ten

Hello from the Lehigh Valley! I just finished half marathon number six and will get that recap up for you all later this week! My mom has very awful internet so a basic update post will have to do! 

This week was a cutback week after the 20 miler last weekend. Plus I was racing so I wanted to take it easy. 

This week I had five workouts for 31.1 miles. Since it is the first week of August that is my monthly mileage. I have 837 miles for 2014.  I have hit 75% of my 2014 mileage goal (1,111 miles). 

Before I left on Thursday, me and Hubby went to Panera to fuel up. I got the Take Two with grilled cheese and tomato soup! Hubby got a broccoli and cheese bread bowl. 

I have an extra day off with this race, so I will be spending the rest of my day relaxing and celebrating my small victory. I cannot wait to recap you all on this race! 

Oh, in case you were wondering, 19 days until Akron!!
