RECOVERYbits Review and Giveaway!

A few days after the Columbus Marathon, I received an email from Jonathan, the brand manager for ENERGYbits. He asked me if I would like to try out RECOVERYbits. Well, since I was recovering, and I do like ENERGYbits, I decided to give them a shot!




If you are not familiar with ENERGYbits, you can read my review of them here. ENERGYbits has three different types of bits, ENERGY, RECOVERY, VITALITY and SKINNY. Each of which you can read more about here.


RECOVERYbits are just like ENERGYbits in the way that they are made with Chlorella algae. These little tablets are full of over 40 nutrients and only one calorie per tablet! They are also a completely natural way to stay healthy during this cold a flu season! Chlorella has been used for years over in Asian countries, and slowly its benefits are making it to the States.



The recommended serving of RECOVERYbits is 30 tablets a day, at any point in the day. Even with my ENERGYbits, I take 15 at a time. I swallow them, but if you would like to chew them you could.




For the week I tried out RECOVERYbits, I took them on my rest days. I was working on stretching and getting healthy from my marathon. After the first day, I could notice a difference! I had more energy than I expected to have, and I felt like everything I was doing was actually helping my recovery!



I decided to try them one morning before I went to work. I start work early in the morning so I wanted to see how I felt using the RECOVERYbits with the ENERGYbits. I took them instead of drinking my morning coffee. I know, this could have been scary, but luckily I had the same amount of energy I usually do, if not more!



I have heard from other people that you can even use RECOVERYbits to prevent a hangover! If you take about 30 tablets AFTER drinking you will feel more refreshed! Sadly, I did not get to test this theory, but maybe one day!

  9. I have not tried EnergyBits or RecoveryBits before, but would like to! Recovery for me usually include my Procompression sleeves and foam roller!
