The Week That Was 2/16 - 2/22

Hello peeps! I hope you had a wonderful week. Can I say how much I love seeing race photos on my social media feed! We are getting so close to race season!!

This week was all about getting comfy with my treadmill. It was really cold here all week, and I knew it was going to be the only way I would get my training in. 

This week I had six workouts for 31.3 miles. For February I have 71.3 miles and 182 miles towards my 2015 goal of 1,200 miles. I found five of my workouts on Pinterest, and will go through them for you all later this week!

Saturday we got the snow. It dumped here for awhile, but the temps finally went above freezing!! For all of you that like snow, you can have it. I'm so done. 

When I got off the treadmill after my 13.1 miles, I saw I had an email from PRO Compression. Tights and leggings are 50% off!! I love my compression tights and you can't find a better deal! 

We are only a few weeks away from Rock n Roll DC, and this week really helped my confidence. I hope to get outside for my long run next week. I know I am so ready for this weather to break!

  1. I hear Ya, I am ready for this snow to be done. I checked the forecast and it looks like it may be starting to get better, fingers crossed. If I never see a treadmill for the next 7 months I would be a happy man.I am really missing the road and that is what I most look forward too when the weather breaks

  2. I've learned to be friendly with the treadmill this week too. I actually did my first double digit run on one on Friday! haha Those workouts look like they'd at least break up the monotony of it.. I'll have to give one a go!
