Five Things Friday 10.16

Hi everyone! I hope you all have had a great week! I'm slowly getting adjusted to my new schedule, but still really enjoying my new job.

I'm also racing again this weekend! Half marathon number 11 and number five this year! I have been resting a lot this week and making sure everything is in place for another half marathon PR attempt.

Some other fun things did happen this week, so why not share with you all!

1. Joe and I got a date night this week! We had a gift card for Dave and Busters and took advantage. I rocked the beer pong game and beat Joe pretty handedly. We decided to give our tickets to a random family and it turns out it was one of the kids birthday! It was such a great date!

2. OUR MAGIC BANDS CAME!! We are a little excited for our Disney trip.

3. I finally got to Charming Charley. A friend of mine has raved about their stuff so I made sure I got there. I got a super cute non-running shirt for $15! It's in the laundry or I would share it with you.

4. I laughed really hard at these adult accomplishment stickers. Just because everyone needs a laugh...

5. Dangle has eaten yet another one of my phone chargers. She has now eaten two headphones, five phone chargers and countless hair ties. I saw this picture online and it made me think of her.

There is no tracking for my race tomorrow since we are in the middle of no where. I promise I will update you all when I can! Thanks again for all the support!

  1. STEFF!! I'm so excited about your race tomorrow; I can't wait to hear all about it and, YES, you'd better text me or post a picture or something afterward so that I'll know how it went!! I love Dave and Busters; the rumor is that one is coming to Little Rock, but I have no idea when. I'm still laughing about these adult stickers...best idea ever. Hope you have a super fun weekend!
