December Run Challenge: Week Four and Flash Challenge

It's Christmas week! This is the week that is the hardest to stick with it. I get it, but you have to keep your eyes on the prize! The month and year are almost over, don't give up now! I know last week was rough, but this is a new week! The week three winners have been notified, it's time for week four!

For week four I am excited to being back Gone For A Run!

Gone For A Run is a great website for all of your running needs! You can find pretty much anything on their website. From medal and bib holders to jewelry and safety equipment.  If it is something a runner needs, they offer it! They also started a virtual race series that I have loved to take part in!

I love my Gone For A Run medal holder!

Swag from the Gone For A Run Sole Sister Seven Miler.
Gone For A Run should be one of the first places you look for gifts for runners. They ship quickly and have some of the best customer service I have ever worked with! I'm pretty sure me and Rachel are now best friends! They also post tons of pictures of new product through their social media. Check them out on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

This week Gone For A Run is providing a $20 gift card to one random participant in the December Run Challenge. Remember, you can also get an extra entry for this weeks prize by participating in the flash challenge.

Since it is Christmas week, let's just start the flash challenge now! It's pretty simple, do some good this week! It is so easy to get caught up in the craziness of the season, but try to be the good this week! Maybe take in some extra cookies for your coworkers, buy a stranger some coffee, or donate to a friends fundraising efforts. It doesn't have to be big, just be nice!

Me and Joe went through our clothes and donated them. It felt so good to get rid of some stuff for people who could use it!

This is only my stuff! Joe hasn't started his!
After you completed the flash challenge:

- You can leave a comment here on this blog post with what your random act of kindness was. Just make sure you leave your email address!

- You can post on my Facebook page, Tweet at me or post on Instagram what you did! Just make sure you use #DecemberRunChallenge

That's it! I hope you all have a wonderful holiday! Try to go out and spread some holiday cheer!

  1. I actually did bake cookies for my coworkers who had to work on Christmas. Nutella-stuffed chocolate chip cookies ... so good! :)

  2. I bought the guy behind me coffee in the drive through line at Dunkin Donuts.

  3. We also donated a few boxes of clothes and kitchenware this weekend! Hope you had a great holiday! :)

  4. We bought our new neighbor cupcakes to welcome them. No one wants my baking!

  5. I donated to the Salvation Army this past week and starting I will be going through clothes to donate to those in need.
