Five Things Friday 1.22

Hello everyone!! Yes, I am alive and walking so that's a huge bonus! I promise I have been working on my race recaps for you, just waiting on some pictures! I'm so lucky for all the support I have gotten from all of you. Thank you so much!

Now that that's out of the way, how about a fun Five Things Friday! With this awful winter weather coming, how about I share my five favorite winter things! Some are running, some are not. It's all about balance!

1. Oiselle Leslie Tights. I'm not even kidding with you, I live in these tights. They are fleece lined (which I didn't know was a thing before I got them) and are everything! I own two pairs since I got one on an amazing Amazon deal. I wear them to run and to lounge. They are perfect!

2. Calia by Carrie Underwood Essential Sweats. I have chicken legs so every pair of sweat pants I have ever owned are enormous on me. I saw these pants at Chelsea Collective (or Dicks) and needed to have them. They are fitted, flattering and so cozy! I wish they had more colors because I would own them all! The pants I linked are not the ones I have, but very similar!

3. Trader Joe's Coffee รก Cocoa. I am not a huge coffee drinker, but in the cold I love waking up to a nice hot cup of coffee! This is a medium roast with unsweetened cocoa blended in! You need to try it, it is happiness in a cup!

4. St. Ives Refresh and Revive Body Lotion. Winter is rough, even if you aren't outside. This lotion is awesome. It is very soothing and the scent is just right (pear). It is the first body lotion hubby and I have agreed on, well ever. It is next to my bed so when I first wake up and go to bed I can use it.

5. Bearpaw Boots. I own a pair of Uggs that got pretty wrecked when I was in my stress fracture boot. For Christmas Joe bought me a pair of Bearpaws. Holy moly these things are fluffy! Super warm and such a great price! I am starting to break them in and I am lusting over them! I cannot imagine what winter would be like without these boots!

I hope you all stay safe this weekend. It is not worth getting hurt out there for a few miles. Cross train this weekend if needed! I'll be back next week with some race recaps for you and a new Two Tunes Tuesday!

What is your winter staple? What do I need to have to make it through the cold?

  2. WHAAAAT?!! I'm always so jealous of you Trader Joe's people; we don't have one anywhere close and this coffee sounds AMAZING!! I love coffee. So much. :) You're not kidding about Lesley tights; I put mine on for the first time this year and didn't want to take them off. I forgot how awesome they are!! Hope you have a great weekend, Steff!
