Disney Marathon Training - Week 17

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season! We are officially in 2018 and a fresh start. It's strange to be finishing up training for a goal race at the beginning of the year.

This week was a little different with Christmas. I ended up losing a day with the holiday and a hangover. It's about balance people!

I did get three runs in. I ran 19 miles on the treadmill this week. It was stupid cold outside and with warmer temps expected in Disney, I wasn't about to go outside.

I also had a wonderful girls night with some of my dearest friends. I have loved connecting with each of these women this past year. It also caused my hangover lol.

I finished December with 119.4 miles and 2017 with 1,145 miles. I had a fantastic year in total. I cannot wait to see what 2018 has to bring.

We leave on Thursday and I cannot believe it's already here! I'll do two runs here on the treadmill and then one down in Florida to get ready for the race. This week on the blog I'll be sharing my marathon playlist and my goals for the race. I cannot thank you all for taking this journey with me!
